About the work: I was intrigued by the new art installation done by artist Patrick Bérubé located in the Quartier des Spectacles in Montreal. From afar, it resembled a suspended staircase but when you are right underneath, it becomes an abstract piece of art. The message from the artist read “Suspended in mid-air, and looking like the double helix of a DNA molecule, this structure is riddled with anomalies, a reminder that it’s our differences that, put together, make up our collective identity.” I sign and title this open edition print but it is not numbered. My prints are reproduced on 300g metallic high-gloss photo paper and ships rolled in a tube so they can then be matted and framed by your local frame shop. This image is also available in metal, acrylic, and stretched canvas finishes.
