This piece though dark in nature when put under the appropriate lighting or sunlight comes to life with a soothing appeal and depth of emotion. Tranquillity is a piece that has been hanging in my studio since the end of my second show in 2018. Yet, did not offer it up for sale. It is now time to let go. Difficult to photograph it is a blend of several iridescent acrylics, with black gesso as a base. Green and copper are clearly visible.
